This blog was created around the idea that "healthy" can be different for everyone, and there are so many different working parts, or" “roads”, that lead to finding what works best for each person.
I'm a certified holistic health coach from the tri-state area who has struggled with the concept of "healthy" throughout my life. From weight fluctuations to fad diets, quick fixes, and health extremes, I’ve been through it all. After years of feeling unhappy in my own skin, I started taking steps to really change not just my lifestyle but also my mindset. Today, my life really revolves around balance. For me, this includes a diet of plenty of whole, real foods with regular treats and meals that make sure to satisfy my cravings in addition to regular exercise and a variety of non-food and exercise related elements.
